Cash on Delivery(COD)
If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
The maximum order value for a C-o-D payment is ₹10,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Gift Cards or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. For all order placed in India, Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
We accept payment made using PayPal accounts for all orders.
F2FMART reserves the right to introduce fees for the services (C-o-D Charges/Shipping Charges etc.,) offered or amend existing fees as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website/Mobile App.
- Returns are allowed only for damaged products, wrong products, incorrect sizes or short shipment received
- To claim the return - ‘unboxing’ or ‘unpacking’ video needs to be shared with F2FMART
- Issue to be raised to F2FMART within 72 working hours
- Refunds will be applicable for - damaged products, wrong products, incorrect sizes or short shipment received
- In case the shipment is lost in transit or doesn’t reach the customer, then a complete refund will be given to the customer
For certain products (like Face Masks, etc.) once order is placed and the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. No return / replacement / refund allowed on such products.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY:
Delivery may take from 3-5 days depending on your order and pin code.
F2FMART will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts F2FMART reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order confirmation page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- Political disruptions
- Public Holidays
- Act of God like flood, earthquake, Tsunami etc.
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
We may charge you with a shipping charge (inclusive of tax) in some cases. The communication shall be available to you at the time of placing the order.
We may also give you a facility of gift wrapping with a charge (inclusive of taxes). The communication shall be available to you at the time of placing the order.
In case of refund of the product, the refund of the shipping charges or gift-wrapping charges will be done as per the refund policy.
CANCELLATION OF FRAUDULENT/LOSS TO BUSINESS ORDERS:
To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, F2FMART reserves the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without any liability. F2FMART also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of Product on website. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
ORDER AMENDMENTS POLICY:
Customer Initiated Amendments:
Once the order have been placed, you are given a flexibility to amend the order on account of a variety of reasons. These amendments could be at the order level or at the Product line level.
Following are the policies in this regard:
- F2FMART will accept any order amendments till the time it has not been processed in our warehouse.
- The Customer is required to contact the F2FMART Contact Center for cancellation.
- F2FMART's Customer service team would initiate the cancellation requests on behalf of the customer.
- Full order cancellation is allowed only if none of the Product line has been processed in our warehouse.
- Line cancellation for the entire line is allowed only if the specific order line has not been processed in our warehouse.
If the cancellation request is successful as per above conditions, F2FMART would cancel the order or entire line(s) as the case may be and refund the same to you as per F2FMART's refund policy.
F2FMART Initiated Amendments
During the order processing stage, there is a possibility that the Product quantities required to fulfill an order are not completely available, for reasons such as physical product found to be damaged at the warehouse, product not traceable etc. F2FMART reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability. F2FMART's Customer service team would initiate the communication to you, explaining the reason for such cancellation and initiate a refund to you as per F2FMART's refund policy.
