Returns & Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY:

• 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
•  Return Issue to be raised to F2FMART within 7 days after delivery of the product.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• You can initiate a return by logging into your F2FMART account and clicking on the "Return" option. Alternatively, you can also contact F2FMART customer care through their website.

REFUND POLICY:

• Once receive the returned product, will initiate the refund process.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund process may take up to 7-10 business days to complete.

 

For certain products (like Socks, Innerwear etc.) No return / refund allowed on such products.
